Events and Workshops
We are now offering some small in person workshops at the studio! In addition, we are still featuring virtual workshops. Please take a look below.
In addition to our various workshops, we have weekly Mindfulness classes that you can register for below. Unplug is offered on Fridays at 11am (50-min class) and Mindful Meditation is offered on Mondays at 7:30pm (30-min class). You can sign up for a single class, or a monthly session.
