We currently offer virtual Yoga classes (see Group Schedule below) and Mindfulness classes (see Workshops below), along with a few small size STUDIO classes following all health guidelines.
Please refer to our Group Class schedule below for yoga classes listed as either “Virtual” or “STUDIO” when choosing to sign up.
Yoga Packages/Pricing for purchase, are listed on the right if viewing from a desktop device, or at the very end of the page if viewing from a mobile device. (If you have been affected financially, please notify Lori@ezentialwellness.com for student scholarship assistance, we want all to be able to participate!)
Studio classes are limited to 6 students. We ask that you please wear face a mask before and after class and bring your own yoga mat.
Virtual classes are live-stream via Zoom. After you sign up for a class, you will receive an email with the live link to join before class begins.
For all classes, you will need to create an account, make payment, and sign up online prior to attending. Please make sure to check off the boxes for reminder & confirmation emails when creating your account so that you can receive the live link for virtual classes or be notified of any class cancellations.
MINDFULNESS CLASSES: We offer opportunities to learn and practice mindfulness with weekly classes Unplug and Mindful Meditation (see “Workshops” at end of this page to sign up for a single class or a monthly session).
Private Instruction and Personal Mindfulness Coaching (see Private Sessions page) are also available. Mindfulness is beneficial for all ages, therefore Youth & Teen sessions are also available (see the Youth page for more details).
College students have been feeling overwhelmed with the challenges of remote learning, time management, limited social engagement, and increased alone time. Private mindfulness sessions (offered virtually) can support students as they adapt to these changes (see Private Sessions page)
